How do I know that the artwork is authentic?
All artwork will come signed by the artist. If an artist has chosen not to sign the piece, a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist will be provided.
What is a limited edition print?
Only a certain amount of prints will be produced of that image, no more. The number will be clearly stated at the back or front of the piece and signed by the artist.
Does the artwork look exactly like the image on the website?
Computer screens will be calibrated differently, but we have worked hard to give a fair representation of the colours and tones on our website. If you place an order and aren't happy with what you receive, please see our returns policy here.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
We certainly do. We offer £10, £20, £50 and £100 gift vouchers here.
I would like to buy a gift voucher, but of a different value than offered?
Just send us an email and we can make out the voucher to your exact value.
When do they expire?
Each voucher is valid for a year after its purchase.
How do I redeem a voucher?
The vouchers can be redeemed either in the gallery, online or at an art fair.
How can I pay?
You can either purchase online through our website or give us a call here in the gallery on 02072516551. Alternatively if you are local you can also come in and purchase the item in our gallery on Whitecross Street EC1Y. We also accept BACs and cheques.
DO I PAY VAT?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do, If you would like a quote before you purchase please give us a call, pop in or email us for a quote with the address and piece you are interested in.
If we have not yet dispatched your order we are able to cancel your order.
Can I view the artwork before I buy?
Yes, just give us a call on 02072516551 to arrange an appointment; alternatively you can view over Skype.

How will my artwork be shipped?
We package your artwork with the greatest of care so that you art work arrives in the best possible condition. These may be boxes that are much bigger than the piece of art work itself so bear in mind there will need to be someone to sign for the piece on arrival. If you need to co-ordinate this with us please don’t hesitate to call us and arrange this with us.
How do I arrange for delivery at a certain time?
If you wish to receive your order on a certain date or time, we will do our best to accommodate though may or may not have to quote you an elevated delivery price.
What if I want to collect the art work?
If you want to collect it give us a ring to order your piece and save yourself the delivery charges.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship overseas, we will come back to you with a quote for delivery within 48hrs. If you decide to go ahead please allow 14 days for the goods to reach you.
When can I expect my delivery?
Once we have received payment, you can expect your order within 5-10 days. For items sent Special Delivery, when we have dispatched your order we will send you an email confirming this, it will contain your Royal Mail tracking number.
Do I need to be at home to take receipt of order?
Most of the time there will have to be someone home to sign for the piece. If you need to give us an alternative delivery address if you are unable to be in please email us.
How do you price for delivery?
The shipping prices are dependent on the size and weight of the art work. The price is for our standard delivery service which takes in between 5-10 working days for UK orders. If you are based outside of the UK please give us a call or wait for us to email and we can quote you for delivery.
I have received my order but it is not what I expected?
If you feel like the piece of art work isn’t for you then we have a 14 day free refund policy. Just make sure that it is correctly wrapped and post the item back to us. Please include the receipt, along with your email address and telephone number. We must ask that you cover the cost of the postage and recommend that you send it with an insured parcel service as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods when in transit. You will be issued with a refund within 14 days. (Please note: the artwork must arrive to us in perfect condition to ensure a full refund). If there is a fault with the item we normally issue a replacement or a refund at our discretion. All purchases made from 5th-23rd December in the UK for UK delivery are subject to a 28 day extended refund policy.
